Child Safety Week

Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service are promoting Child Safety Week “Take a second look for safety”.  

We will be out and about in Oxfordshire this week where firefighters will be on had to provide fire safety advice.

The road safety team will be talking to parents to see if they are safely transporting children in cars, by using the correct child seat.  The team will also be offering FREE child seat checks as 4 out of 5 seats are fitted incorrectly.

Monday 20th June 2011

• We will be outside Mothercare, Oxford Retail Park, Cowley between 10am and 1pm

Tuesday 21st June 2011

• We will be outside Millets Farm & Garden Centre, Frilford, Nr Abingdon between 10am and 1pm

Wednesday 22nd June 2011

•  We will be outside Sainsbury's in Banbury between 10am and 1pm

Thursday 23rd June 2011

• We will be outside Waitrose in Abingdon between 10am and 1pm

Friday 24th June 2011

• We will be outside Sainsbury's in Witney between 10am and 1pm
